Description
Job Responsibilities:
The occupant of this role will be expected to: 

·      Lead the innovation of new information security models and approaches by  seeking  out and/or creating security solutions and models that balance risk and allow the business to take advantage of technology enabled opportunities.  The solutions and models should deliver protection of information assets and enable an exceptional user experience in a cost effective way.
·         Set and deliver the overall strategy for improving the mobility security user experience.
·         Recommend and implement current best approaches for staying ahead of the external threats with respect to intellectual property.
·         Understand emerging business needs and associated new digital initiatives and ensure innovate processes and controls are implemented to address risks.
·         Lead the multi-functional Information Protection Assurance and Privacy Working Group chartered to evaluate escalated enterprise wide security risks and issues and recommend a course of action.
·         Represent P&G at formal Industry Forums/Conferences, Association, and Benchmarking.
·         Serve as an internal information security consultant to the organization. Assist in the review of applications and/or technology environments during development or acquisition process to: (a) assure compliance with corporate security policies and directions and (b) assist in the overall integration in P&G’s technology environment.
·         Oversee the team of security employees who manage security policy, standards, guidelines, Awareness and Training and special projects.
·         Manage the overall enterprise process for information security standards and influence security architecture choices.
·         Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security assessments/audits.

Qualifications
·         4 Year College degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in an Information Technology related field.
·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Security field.
·         Demonstrated experience delivering “game changing” security models and solutions that balance risk and enable breakthrough business results.
·         Experience in the banking or government industry is preferred.
·         CISSP, CISM or other recognized Security Certification is preferred.
·         Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Highly self-motivated with strong organization skills.
·         Able to effectively communicate security related concepts and recommendations to senior management and influence changes in the organization.
·         Knowledge of applicable practices and laws relating to data privacy and protection.
·         Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·         Knowledgeable of IT environments.
