IT Retail Solutions Manager (i.e. Mini-CIO) role for all IT non-scale solutions. This would include Point of Purchase systems and all systems not supported by a current Global Business Service (GBS)  line (i.e. HR, special local networks, phone, etc).   GBS will continue to manage existing scale solutions:  e-commerce/digital,  Real Estate, etc. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

• Developing Fekkai Retail Salon IT strategic plan and IT project portfolio & project execution
• Lead the Fekkai Retail IT team with two direct reports
• Provide IT leadership for IT supplier management/governance in the following:
  • Ensure PCI and PII compliance to the Industry Standards and Corporate Policies
  • Fekkai Retail Salon Networking (Data, Voice) and Server Infrastructure
  • Fekkai Retail Salon security systems
  • Fekkai Retail Salon POS System Hardware & PC Hardware Asset management
  • Core Fekkai Retail Salon Business Applications including:
    •  Point of Sale Applications
    •  HR & Financial Applications
    •  Financial & Supply Chain Business Applications
• Fekkai Retail Salon application interfaces and security with P&G enterprise applications (SAP, EDI) and P&G scaled CRM and e-Commerce capabilities
• Responsible for developing the IT systems/application architecture and roadmap required to support the Fekkai Retail Salon innovations and business growth.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good knowledge of global retail and wholesale business
• Deep knowledge of retail business operations
• Broad knowledge of information technology solutions, technology trends and IT marketplace
• Deep functional knowledge of IT solutions and services used in customer facing businesses
• Deep knowledge of IT vendor strategies
• Strong customer and relationship management skills
• Strong IT strategic planning skills; experience with IT strategy methodologies
