This
is a key leadership role on the Sales & Operational Planning team
in the GEHC Life Sciences US & Canada Commercial Operations
organization. As a Regional Fulfillment leader, he/she will be
responsible for fulfillment of customer sales orders.
Works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and
Production teams to ensure on-time delivery and reduction of backorders
Responsible for developing expertise and utilizing Oracle Order Management and Inventory modules
Accountable for regional fulfillment for assigned business area
Partner with representatives from Customer Service, Supply
Chain, Manufacturing and Sales to establish and lead regular (weekly)
operating mechanisms to review order status
Analyze fulfillment metrics and work with regional and global
organizations on action plans to improve order fulfillment and net
promoter scores (NPS)
Identify and address risks impacting on-time delivery and
backorders, including identifying and implementing resolution to root
cause of issues
Provide insight to Finance and Sales leadership on fulfillment
risks to support quarterly financial estimates, including producing
graphic and other analysis to illustrate and explain order status and
backorders
Respond to inquiries on fulfillment from Customer Service and
Sales organizations and partner with Customer Escalation Leader to
resolve customer order escalations
Provide line of sight to available inventory to enable
salesforce effectiveness Partner with Regional Demand Planner, Sales,
Product Management to provide input into long range forecast based in
insight into inventory, backorders and future demand
Identify and implement solutions to improve effectiveness of
tools (Oracle, Qlikview, W2W) to meet controllership, cost and growth
objectives
Become the regional “super user” for Oracle, supporting other users in the region with first line questions and issues
Build and sustain a community with colleagues in other regions
by sharing best practices and discussing opportunities to collaborate
and improve processes
Work with process owners to identify simplification and growth
opportunities for the Sales & Operational Planning organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree or equivalent Professional certification Commercial, operations, supply chain or IT background
5+ years experience working in projects in areas of commercial,
operations, supply chain or IT subjects within complex organizations
Quantitative analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret and resolve unstructured problems
Comprehensive project management skills and experiences
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in remote environment
Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High computer skills: Excel, MS-Office, ERP
High level of flexibility and passion/engagement
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to work in our Piscataway, NJ facility
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
