MBA Business Analyst

The Business Analyst helps drive results for one of our globally recognized consumer brands or businesses by providing recommendations and decision support analysis to leaders in marketing, research, finance, operations and other functions.

For your first two years, you will participate in the
Management Development Program to continue building the
skills and knowledge that will make you an impactful Business Analyst at Kimberly-Clark while developing you for subsequent financial leadership roles. You will lead projects, gain a deep understanding of our businesses, get exposure to senior leaders and drive results with your cross-functional teams.

After successful completion of the Management Development
Program, your career aspirations, your performance and your
flexibility will determine what is next. Your career path may take you into different areas of finance such as business analysis, treasury, reporting, corporate planning or even into another function. Kimberly-Clark will give you the tools, learning and guidance required to plan your career for maximum impact.

Responsibilities
 Provide management with financial advice and counsel on
all pertinent business matters
 Analyze business plans and recommend courses of action
to achieve short & long-term goals
 Coordinate, review or develop innovation and capital
investment proposals
 Drive consistent application of established financial
controls
 Facilitate process improvements to increase efficiency of
financial processes.

Qualifications


 Qualifications
 Graduate student completing a MBA between December
2013 and June 2014
 Minimum 3-5 years of pre-MBA experience
 Finance MBA Concentration preferred
 Be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular,
full-time basis
