We are seeking an high caliber, team player to fill our Summer Intern position.  This person will help in preparing for the op plan process.  They will have the opportunity work with the R&D planning group as well as the Operations planning group.Please Note: No housing, transportation, or relocation allowance available.

Impact this role will have on St. Jude Medical:
·         R&D Project review and budget analysis
·         Operations P&A budget analysis
·         Opportunity work with multiple areas within finance to prepare for the op plan process
·         Month-end duties as assigned
·         Special projects as assigned
 
Your experience(s), education and knowledge will further expand St. Jude Medical’s marketplace success:
·         Undergraduate student preferably majoring in accounting or finance.
·         Must be a current student enrolled in the 2014 Spring and Fall Semesters.
·         Knowledge of automated accounting systems.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
·         Strong analytic skills and demonstrated capacity for accuracy.
·         Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
·         Ability to work independently.
·         Ability to analyze processes and procedures and recommend improvements.
