Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Digital Strategy Analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of online experiences for GSAM’s web properties globally including the GSAM public websites, apps, client portals and Intranets.  This professional will partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and implement interactive features to support our ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

Principal Tasks:
• Under the supervision of the Project Management lead and working with the Digital Strategy team, Marketing Strategist and IT manage projects across the entire project lifecycle to ensure they are delivered on time on budget and with desired functionality.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners as well as project sponsors
• Principal tasks include: development of strategic roadmaps, scope definitions, requirements gathering, process design, and implementations
• Assist in translating marketing materials from print to interactive experiences; develop strategies for improving delivery of marketing collateral externally to clients, and internally to product and sales teams.
• Maintain standards for content and look and feel throughout web properties and electronically publish content
• Provide usability input for web management tools including content management, client set-up and entitlements.
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant resources in order to propose/develop interactive content
• Work with global team to ensure best practices are implemented and shared globally.

Basic Qualifications

• Entry level position - 2 to 3 years experience as an eMarketer
• Basic understanding of the asset management business. Knowledge of retail, third-party and/or institutional distribution of financial products a plus
• Familiarity with different technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and organization skills
• Problem solver that is determined and self-motivated
• Attention to detail – proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task while working under pressure and overcome obstacles
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
• Team oriented; able to interact effectively with all levels
• Experience with business process improvement and business process design a plus
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and writing business requirements a plus
• Excellent client service skills – understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients
• Experience using in Adobe CQ5 a plus
• Solid understanding of HTML, MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
