Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director, Human Resources, U.S. Skincare & U.S. HR Processes, located in Skillman, NJ.
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. develops and markets baby care, wound care and skin care products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. The Director, Human Resources will provide strategic business partner support for the total Skincare ($2.5B) business and sit on the U.S. Skincare Board. The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO®, ROC® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.
The HR Director will also play a pivotal role to implement an aligned, calibrated and unified Talent Management, Performance Management and Year-end Compensation & Benefits process and strategy. The scope of the role includes developing and effectively implementing the U.S. P&D & HR Processes, to support overall business objectives. The main areas of focus will be leading aligned talent process along with the NA process team & U.S. HR Directors, including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, engagement, culture development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated capacity to skillfully interact with all levels of employees, influence outcomes and establish credibility as a skilled HR Business Partner. The role will report to the HR Vice President Consumer North America, and dotted line to the President, U.S. Skincare.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred. HR Leadership Development Program (HR LDP) graduate preferred. Minimum 10 years HR/Business experience required. Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience required in several of the following areas: organizational development, change leadership, talent management/succession planning, change management, performance management, employee relations, compensation. Strong consultation skills are critical, including ability to challenge and influence leaders to align people processes and practices with business objectives. Previous people management experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen, process and customer focus required. Demonstrated change leadership, organizational development and design skills required. Demonstrated critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills required. Must be results oriented with strong track record of success in delivering on business objectives. Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple, concurrent priorities with many needing immediate resolution. A strong record of driving organizational change, delivering results, and high performance is required. Experience in the Consumer sector is preferred.
This position requires approximately 25% travel including local travel between various sites and global travel as appropriate. This position is located in Skillman, NJ.
