The CSSM of 4G IP Services will report to the Director of 4G IP Services Transformation in the CSE organization and work with the KAMs to drive sales and business growth for all IP services offerings, which include customer support, integrations solutions, infrastructure solutions, hosting, managed operations and business consulting.
Also responsible for sales business strategy, development of new solutions , and maintaining solutions roadmaps, and the development of business cases. Focus will be placed on building competitive new support and services offerings, based on Multi Vendor IP Routers with focus on Ericsson SSR Router while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the alignment of IP Services sales for with various customer teams.
Driving and supporting business development activities of the 4G IP Services in the form of opportunity analysis, business planning, competitor counter strategies, customer and industry interactions, strategic partnering and alliances.
Driving the business development and strategic planning by aligning with the business units together with the KAM teams, expands the addressable market by driving sales of new services. Evaluates and recommends high level improvements to optimize customer’s current technology needs and enhance their business processes. Offers solutions that integrate Ericsson and non-Ericsson services that best meet the customer’s needs today
and into the future. Profitably grow the IP Services business, with the KAMs and in agreement with RNAM/Global Services strategies.
 
Experience Needed:
- SME experience with IP Services Pre-Sales and Business Development .
- Familiarity with IP Network Architecture, Design, Integration, Testing and Maintenance,
- Experience with creating Scope, Statements of Work and IP Services Quotes - IP Certifications on Cisco, Alcate-Lucent, Juniper Networking equipment highly desired.
 
Team-player; Able to work in a Matrix management structure
Great communication and negotiation/networking skills
Knowledgeable about all Customer Service Portfolio & Ericsson global processes
Extensive travel required.
Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent experience; Extensive knowledge of the Market and opportunities;
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in tele/data communications knowledge gained through Sales, Marketing, Product
Management or related experience. Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; Strong ability to build relationships with customers and within Ericsson. Strong planning and organization skills;
Effective leadership skills; High level solution understanding of services/networking/products; Experience in managing diverse teams both in a line and a matrix capacity.
