Description
The Digital Partnerships and Development Team (DP&D) is focused on developing innovative digital products, services and partnerships for American Express to help transform payments into commerce and drive online spend and share. The DP&D Analyst, Digital Marketing will support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive success across the team’s key initiatives for existing digital platforms and new partner launches.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Support development and implementation of digital partnerships marketing strategies to drive success across Passbook, commerce innovation at POS and new partnership launches.
- Help define the customer experience, go-to-market strategies and marketing assets across key DP&D initiatives with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support development of 360-degree marketing plans to drive key metrics in partnership with internal partners across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Track results and compile actionable learnings that will inform future marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of a wide variety of digital platforms and a passion for digital innovation.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively and to develop and execute solutions that drive meaningful results.
- A keen eye and understanding for optimal customer experiences in the digital space.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple work streams across a number of teams.
- Ability to excel in a start up like, ever-changing environment and switch gears as the business necessitates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with contacts across different functions and communicate across band levels.
- A winning attitude - ideal candidate is a positive, team-oriented individual who is looking to have fun while working hard to push Amex even further into the digital space.
- Fast learner and has an interest in technology; strong problem solving skills.
