Position Purpose
Our organization
is presently seeking a Trade Activation Manager to lead, develop and
implement trade marketing activities to generate awareness
and strengthen loyalty. In addition, the incumbent will provide
excellent communication to both the trade and JTI Field Sales Force.
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE TEANECK, NJ LOCATION.
Responsibilities
- Leading POSM Planning & Strategy
- Cycle Execution Planning Document & Field Sales Force Communications (i.e. webinar)
- Developing New Initiatives Implementation
- Managing Stickers / IRC’s
- Leading Trade Ambassador Program
- Lead Trade Education & Information
- Merchandising Programs Communications
- Vendor Management
- Trade Press (sporadic)
- Trade Website (sporadic)
- People Management & Development
- Budgets & Phasing
Qualifications & Experience
- BA/BS Degree is required
- 3+ years’ experience in a Trade Marketing role(CPG preferred)
- 3+ years experience with Trade Communications & Educational Programming
- Experience in managing a dynamic team
- Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skills, Competencies & Languages
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Positive attitude
- A proven self-starter and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: a consensus builder, works cross functionally and is motivating and engaging
