Essential Responsibilities • Resource allocation, global allocation of material
• Establishing and maintaining a teamwork environment
• Manage Materials employees on the team, including conducting performance appraisals, setting goals & objectives and motivating team members
• Lead the development of Global IT processes for infrastructure services
• Responsible for detailed requirements collection from clients, delivery of goals and objectives, including project initiation and completion, of technical area by directing activities of others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities
• Drives solution identification, feasibility analysis, and implementation recommendations for packaged infrastructure services, including software and hardware components and for ongoing service levels
• Accountable for delivery of goals and objectives assigned to the work group
• Responsible for people management activities including distribution of work assignments and assist with performance management
Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and 3 to 5 years in supply chain experience and minimum 6 years IT experience
2. Proven ability to drive change in a matrix environment
3. Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change
4. Experience with ITIL and APICS (CPIM and CSCP certifications)
5. Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
6. Project management experience in global environments
7. Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority
8. Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
10. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
11. Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
12. Strong leadership skills
13. Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
14. Bilingual English and Spanish
