The Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG) develops strategies and initiatives that provide growth solutions for McDonald’s restaurants. RSG collaborates with other corporate groups and Area of the World (AOW) partners to create solutions and maintain the standards that are required for brand McDonald's.
Operations Research (OR) is part of the Restaurant Innovation Department, based at the company’s Innovation Center in Romeoville, IL. OR performs analyses, conducts research and develops tools to fuel the global innovation process. OR also provides decision support services to help RSG and AOW partners enable better and faster decisions at the restaurant, market and enterprise level.
