Job description
Under limited direction, anticipates and executes administrative deliverables of department. Performs advanced administrative functions that support the needs of internal and external customers.
The successful candidate must be able to anticipate and provide primary administrative support to the Human Resources and Finance Departments and other directors/managers within the Houston Regional Staff. This individual must be a self-starter, work independently, as well as, simultaneously manage multiple tasks with different priorities, objectives and initiatives. Must have excellent discretion and judgment skills, as materials handled may contain sensitive or confidential information. This position will interface with management, licensees, suppliers, restaurant employees, and customers; therefore, the qualified candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced team environment is necessary.

Minimum Requirements
+5 years of Administrative experience in a large corporate environment
High degree of administrative, professionalism and organizational skills is required.
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is a must.
Must maintain strict confidentiality of information, as appropriate
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2007 Applications
Website technical skills is a plus
Must be flexible and productive in a dynamic and creative environment.
