• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; with
• 5
years of technical consulting, systems engineering, project management,
applications development and/or technical customer support
• Demonstrated expertise with the SAS9 Platform including security, metadata modeling and complex deployment architectures.
• Travel 75% of the time as business needs dictate
Essential Equivalent
• Associates degree in the same fields plus and 2 years of the stated essential qualifications ~OR~
• High School diploma (GED) plus an additional 4 years of the stated essential
qualifications

• Hands on expertise gathering requirements, designing, building, implementing and testing applications
• Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of software or applications development life cycle
• Ability to conceptualize clients' needs and translate into specific implementation strategies
• Strong facilitation and communications skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferences
• Professional experience
and proficiency in web technologies including but not limited to Java
including JSP, Servlets, EJB and JMS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, ASP and CGI
technologies
• Professional experience with one or more Unix or Linux operating systems
