Job Summary
Apple
is looking for an experienced professional to join our Global Mobility
team. In this role, you will business partner with HR, recruiting, the
business and candidates to advise, lead and support the relocation of
new and transferring employees. This role will cover international,
domestic and cross border relocations, assignments and experiences. The
role will be aligned to specific business needs and / or candidate
situations.
Key Qualifications
- Successful track record partnering with all levels of clients and stakeholders (senior HR, business leaders, recruiters, etc.)
- Minimum of six years experience in relocation and mobility, and 10 years of overall related experience
- Expert in management of multi-tiered global mobility programs with deep experience in policy development and interpretation, domestic and international relocation, immigration and tax coordination/awareness, and vendor management
- Demonstrated understanding of international compensation and benefits, expatriate package components, local plus package considerations and proven experience in adapting to the cultural variations of doing business globally
- Personal international work experience is a significant advantage
- Advanced business presentation skills

improvement and efficiency of Global Mobility Programs and be an
energetic, innovative individual recognized for strong interpersonal
communication and analytical skills. You will thrive in dynamic,
challenging environments and be someone who is looked to by bringing
your broad (international, domestic, cross border, etc.) mobility
expertise to the team.
Specific responsibilities and requirements of this role include:
Communication: Able to exchange information and present ideas, report
facts and other information in a strategic, clear and concise manner
Management of the day to day relationships with key vendors to ensure
delivery of service to Apple’s exacting standards
Business Partner: Understanding various business line nuances in order
to partner with business leaders, advising on appropriate mobility path
(based on business need, candidate flexibility, cost considerations and
equitable treatment of our people)
Project Management: Develop, scope, lead and drive various projects as
needed
Internal and External Relationship Management: Develop, foster and grow
professional and consultative relationships at all levels
Critical thinking: Able to assess information, anticipate issues and
outcomes, and provide innovative, flexible solutions to complex and
unique problems.
Education
Minimum of
BA/BS or equivalent is required
Additional Requirements
Experience with Mac OS and iWork productivity suite is advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills are preferable.
