Process Engineer - Print Product Services
Use your engineering and manufacturing process experiences to drive
innovation and operational stability in a print environment. Have a
direct contribution in changing an industry!
We’re seeking someone with significant manufacturing experience
addressing factory and product issues for the entire product life cycle,
from new product introduction, through the product life, including
supply continuity.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working with CM and OEM’s in the development of equipment and processes required to yield high quality product demands at scale.
- Additionally you will be responsible for designing, analyzing and qualifying mechanical systems, equipment and packaging; conducting feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
- Demonstrated technical skills and experience instituting manufacturing processes in a build on demand environment; as well as a detailed understanding of the Final Assembly, Test, Pack processes.
- Your scope of influence will include external manufacturing sites, and teaming up with other Operations teams (GSM, OPS, SQE, PQE) in driving closures of manufacturing quality and yield issues.
- Good balance of ME and Manufacturing Process Engineering is being sought. Ability to discuss technical issues with engineering teams is a must.
- Experience using process driven and analytical approaches to problem solving (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc)
Description
•Manufacturing process / engineering skills in a high volume manufacturing environment with extremely tight tolerances.
•Medium to Strong project management experience.
•Experience working with creative teams to develop product specifications
•Deep understanding of manufacturing and engineering industry practices
•Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.
•Experience working with OEM partners
•Minimum 8 + years experience in Manufacturing / Operations activities
•Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy. Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details.

Education
BS / MS in ME, EE, IE or Manufacturing Engineering
