Description
The Digital Servicing team is seeking a product management expert to shape innovative solutions and drive transformational change across our client servicing experiences. We’re looking for a team player who wants to be at the forefront of digital best practices and is ready to make their mark on a global basis. As part of the Interactive Solutions team within American Express Global Corporate Payments, this senior manager will be an integral part of shaping the user experience for online payment and servicing solutions for our corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Define transformational user experience concepts across client level servicing capabilities and processes, and own the multi-year product roadmap to achieve desired level of change
- Articulate the business case for change and influence key stakeholders and GCP leadership to allocate necessary resources to achieve desired changes
- Determine business and client needs, build business cases and drive development of solutions from ideation to launch
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute marketing and field (sales and account development) engagement strategies to drive successful customer launch and adoption of new capabilities
- Define and implement global servicing strategies and processes for your products in partnership with the World Service organization As part of these high profile efforts, this individual will partner with cross-functional partners, including Global Marketing, Product Management, enterprise-wide digital teams, World Service, Technologies, Risk Information & Analysis, Privacy and Compliance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years driving product development and management or online user experiences
- Proven project management skills to develop and execute action plans, experience with Agile a plus
- Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, develop cost-benefit analyses, define requirements and exhibit solid understanding of customer needs and required value propositions
- Prior experience with online payment and servicing products / capabilities a strong plus
- Excellent communications skills required to gain alignment and secure resources to achieve aggressive goals; ability to build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- High energy, solution oriented team player with ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization to drive results
- Superior thought leadership and analytical abilities
- The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, flexible spirit and tremendous will to win
