This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL Spanish fluency required. The Windows Product Marketing manager is responsible for executing the local product strategies and marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, advocacy, adoption and sales of Windows Client products. This individual contributor combines core product marketing, cross group/company orchestration and execution to deliver customer and partner satisfaction improvements along with revenue and unit volume growth. The Windows Product and Solutions marketing manager is responsible for: Define plans to respond to key market indicators to achieve scorecard, share and revenue and unit sales objectives, such as special offers, promos, and partner incentives. Lead and execute product launches, e.g. Windows 8.1 Lead and execute program launches like Windows legalization, Application compatibility initiative, and Partners programs Orchestrate key companywide initiatives like Windows Deployment Execute Windows marketing campaigns for Enterprise and SMB Identify new business opportunities, e.g. legalization, and new revenue streams and channels • Collaborate with corp, field marketing and sales/services teams to successfully market Windows products • Support channel and sales teams with training and customer engagements Identify partnership opportunities and joint activities with other business groups Engage in customer and industry research to understand overall products market and competitive dynamics Analyze and gather local insights for Latam business interactions Enable and support marketing operations and execution The ideal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed - someone who will come in and drive big, bold initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker and a results-driven individual contributor with a passion for execution. Strong negotiation, collaboration, analytical, and project management skills, as this role will be the primary interface between key planning and execution functions in the organization. Experience working in or directly with Microsoft area sales offices and/or partner marketing is a major plus. Candidates should have demonstrated success in delivering program to market. Basic Qualifications: 4 years field experience required 10 years product management/product marketing experience required BA/BS required - preferably business and marketing degree Spanish fluency required or Portuguese preferred Good analytical skills Finance or P&L/budget experience desired This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this position.
