Our well-established Summer Intern Program will provide high-performing graduate students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in projects that have strategic, operational or financial significance to the company. Interns will meet line of business and leaders from all levels and have a chance to learn about the culture and values of the organization as well as network across regions and functions.
What will you do #foraliving?
* Manage projects with strategic importance and real bottom-line impact through the conceptual, analytical, recommendation and implementation stages
* Design, build, and support infrastructures for existing and new business development opportunities
* Partner with Marketing, Technologies, Finance, and Operations to analyze control requirements and execution risks when implementing new requirements
* Perform business analysis to assess portfolio performance, forecast trends, and develop improvement opportunities
* Manage risk by understanding key business priorities, identifying appropriate control tests, and ensuring quality design of risk processes
* Conduct reporting and analysis to monitor risk program effectiveness
Qualifications

* Strong project manager with great attention to detail
* Background in quantitative analysis
* Background in process design and improvement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong influencer with the ability to work in a matrixed environment
* Ability to adapt and commitment to learning
* Experience with statistical software or other programming languages (SAS, SQL, C++) (preferred)
* Enrolled in full-time Graduate degree program in analytical field (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Science) (preferred)
