Description
Summary:
The Project Manager is part of the Distribution
Strategies team and is responsible for ensuring that the appearance of
the branch enhances the overall customer experience. Project managers
oversee the Branch Renovation Program, as well as the Branch Appearance
process. Collaboration with key partner groups is critical to ensure
the branch is well maintained, renovation projects are completed on-time
and on-budget, and that appearance standards are met and maintained.
This individual is also responsible for creating a Master Market Plan
that optimizes the regional distribution network, as well as analyzing
potential DeNovo and Relocation sites and collaborating with key partner
groups to ensure successful openings. This position will provide
direct support to the Division Manager for the Manhattan/New Jersey
region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execution of Branch Renovation Program; identify and prioritize branches within strategy
- Collaborate with CRS, Branch personnel and vendors to identify scope
- Ensure execution of renovation plan with minimal changes to original scope
- Monitor all phases of the renovation projects; escalate issues impacting branch personnel or putting the project at risk for an on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for branch personnel during renovation project
- Collaborate with Network Strategy Manager in the creation of the Master Market Ecosystem Plan for each Region, which optimizes the network and provides a distribution action recommendation for each branch
- Ensure that distribution actions align with corporate strategy
- Collaboration with CRS to identify new branch (DeNovo and Relocation) sites
- Execution of Branch Appearance program; influence branch personnel to adhere to standards
- Partner with JLL to ensure branch related issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years distribution planning and project management experience
- Detailed knowledge of the Manhattan and New Jersey markets
- Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others to gain buy-in
