As a member of our successful team you will:
-Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives and offer loan solutions to help them achieve their goals
-Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
-Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and a continued relationship with OneMain Financial
-Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve business/organizational goals
-Work directly with customers through the entire lending cycle
-Ensure that all lending documents and processes are completed per internal policies/processes
-Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts
-Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives and offer loan solutions to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications
Qualifications :-To work for OneMain Financial you must be 18 years of age or older
-Sales experience preferred
-Customer service experience preferred
-Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity
-Willingness to work flexible hours which may include some Saturday hours
-Experience in managing multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously while prioritizing work and demonstrating good organization skills
-Experience in achieving challenging goals
-Ability to understand and follow instructions/directions
-Ability to perform individually as well as contribute positively to the Branch Team environment
-Customer service experience preferred

active Mortgage Loan Originator License in the applicable state at the
time of hire is preferred. All individuals hired into this position will
