The new Workforce Management CoE is responsible
for driving standard workforce mgt offerings across GE. The IM Project
Manager, WFM Ops will serve as IT PM for Kronos implementations in
support of new programs across multiple businesses. This individual will
have accountability for delivering strategy/processes that facilitate
integration with ERP and shop floor systems as required. This includes
partnering with business/IT stakeholders from multiple orgs to drive
transparency and simplicity.
In addition you will:
Serve
as the IT project manager for Kronos implementations and migrations as
assigned for all critical processes, including funding, GDC oversight
and process simplification
Provide clear and timely information to stake holders and
leadership through multiple channels, including emails, regular
meetings, etc.
Drive transparency, ownership, and automation by
integrating critical processes with strategic systems (ERP, Kronos,
Payroll, Web Methods, AutoSys, Oracle SoA, etc.)
Partner with the Workforce Management CoE functional team on standardized solutions and offerings
Leverage Lean and Fast Works process to drive cycle time reduction through standardization and elimination of potential waste
Lead & provide direction to contract resources supporting the above processes
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or
other technical / IT field, OR a minimum 4 years of relevant IT work
experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in in information systems design, implementation, or integration experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a large project management
role, with demonstrated ability to communicate status and critical path
to stakeholdersEligibility Requirements:
