The role serves as the primary liaison between the client and GE on all initiatives that have direct
impact on the relationship. The role will work closely with business and client to drive strategic
initiatives that foster the ongoing growth and profitability of the relationship. The role will work across functions to insure consistent messaging to the client.
  • Drive dealer enrollment and penetration with annual sales growth over 5%.
  • Drive total profitability for the Furniture industry.
  • Develop segmented sales, marketing, service, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify and drive program enhancements to drive growth based on voice-of-customer (VOC)
    and business needs.
  • Proactively team with internal business partners to resolve escalated client
    servicing/performance issues.
  • Lead focal point to ensure client and GE performance goals are met.
  • Provide expertise in the Furniture industry through continued monitoring of industry trends,
    client VOC, key relationship development, and competitive activities.
  • Lead and develop team of sales managers (direct reports) and dotted-line staff (matrix
    management).
  • Manage relationships and secure contract renewals for key clients, associations and other
    business partners.
  • Ensure company compliance requirements are satisfied as well as protections from enterprise
    risk.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years financial services experience.
  • 5+ years leadership experience with B2B Marketing and Sales.
  • 7+ years financial skills and understanding of the P&L.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience using e-technologies (including social media) to leverage and
    deepen existing relationships and build new web based partnerships to drive business growth.
  • At least 3 years leadership/team building experience with a solid track record of coaching,
    building both strong cross-functional alliances and motivating others to act in a boundaryless
    fashion.
