The Application Service Manager within IT Foundation fulfills the critical role of managing global services (Application Performance Monitoring, Restuarant Technology Platform, Global Infrastructure Lab).
·  Delivering a full application service lifecycle experience by bridging the needs and requirements of the Service Manager or Partner with the needs and capabilities of Suppliers.

·  Managing the initial Service implementation and subsequent enhancements.

·  Taking accountability for the portfolio health of his/her services to meet current and future business needs in close collaboration with the stakeholders.

·  Meeting operational success criteria and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

·  Taking financial accountability for the Service The main accountabilities of the Service manager are to manage the Service lifecycle (build, deploy and operate).

·  BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or other technical degree.

·  5 years Service Management experience including the planning, implementation and management of vendor provided (outsourced) infrastructure services.

·  1 - 3 years experience in Application Performance Management field ·  1 - 3 years experience developing and executing various system test and validation procedures to ensure performance expectations are met·  1 - 3 years experience managing and performing GAAP cost accounting and budget/financial management

·  Solid foundation in application technology stacks (network stack, Web technologies, DBMS technologies)  

·  Excellent knowledge of current and emerging technologies for application architecture design ·  Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to quickly change and adapt to new requests and business opportunities

·  ITIL v3 service management training
