Description
Key Duties:
- Global reporting and analysis (salary spend, data quality, etc.)
- Monitor, track and report compensation activities throughout the year
- Work on HRMS related
projects with HR and Finance related components (i.e. functional
transfer, HR Metrics, headcount reporting, etc.)
- Liasion between CitiComp & Technology Team and the business compensation teams to understand needs and requirements
- Project Management of special projects globally as assigned

• Education:
Bachelor's degree (or
five years equivalent experience) preferably in a technical area, (e.g.,
accounting, Finance, math, statistics, economics, MIS)
• Experience:
- Prefer 1-3 years prior experience in a Finance, Compensation or HRIS.
- Prefer candidate with global experience in Financial Services.
- Prefer candidate with experience working with large data sets in Excel and Access
- Prefer candidate with HRMS experience (Peoplesoft and/or other systems for compensation planning)
- Prefer candidate with experience designing and conducting audits of data
- Exposure to Business Objects, Data Warehousing & SQL.
