This candidate Manages a team that provides technical and specialized guidance in Development Tools related topics. • Provides leadership in the planning analysis, design, coding, and testing of Dev Tools services and components for enterprise use in applications programs to improve efficiency and integrity between systems and applications. • Responsible for ensuring application systems are in compliance to security, audit policies, and procedures. • Monitors the performance of the application system. • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and documentation, may write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. • Provides highly technical and specialized guidance in and solutions to Dev Tools related challenges. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Required High School Diploma/GED At least 5 years experience in demonstrated architecture experience in supporting development tools environments At least 5 years experience in architecture governance and enterprise architecture standards experience At least 5 years experience in ability to propose and develop development and reporting tools roadmaps and vision documents  At least 5 years experience in hands-on experience with development tools and reporting tools setup and configuration with the following tools: - Adobe (ActivePDF Tool Kit, Adobe Acrobat Professional) At least 3 years experience in ability to propose and develop tools upgrade plans Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week U.S. citizenship required English: Intermediate

Preferred Bachelor's Degree
