Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
7+ years of equity research experience in small cap growth with demonstrated success in generating performance.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, drawing effectively on multiple resources, while maintaining accountability for investment performance
MBA or CFA required
