| Contract Manager role is responsible for 1) Interpreting terms and commitments made in contracts 2) Contracts and negotiates contract amendments 3) Providing guidance on contractual and commercial matters plus IBM policies and practices. Professionals in this role manage contractual performance with customers, partners and suppliers. In the event of contractual issues or non-performance, they provide knowledge to the business on the investigation, solutioning and re-negotiation of the contract. In regard to the international contracts they may be asked to manage activities in other countries.
