Arnerich Massena is seeking to fill a Business Development role. This role will be responsible for developing and generating new sales for the Institutional Services Group of Arnerich Massena, Inc.

Job Duties:
  • Build Arnerich Massena’s Institutional client base – focusing on corporate retirement plans -- by sourcing business opportunities and actively managing the sales process from the beginning to a successful conclusion.
  • Collaborate with Arnerich Massena’s Senior Managing Director, the Advisor team, and the Wealth Management Business Development officer to develop a sales plan, goals and objectives.
  • Design effective outbound sales campaigns and Arnerich Massena sponsored marketing events, and implement in conjunction with Arnerich Massena’s administrative team.
  • Effectively track sales activity and results and provide ongoing progress reports to the Senior Managing Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.                                                                                                                                                                   
Qualifications:
The individual who can fulfill this role will be dynamic, motivated, have at least a four-year college degree and five years experience working with corporate retirement plans.  Direct experience in sales with a proven record of accomplishment is preferred.  The successful candidate will have developed skills in creating effective sales plans, prospecting and closing new business, and will have the ability to manage the sales process in an organized and collaborative fashion. .

This position requires both the ability to work effectively as part of a team and the ability to work independently.
