Role helps Identify and support research and competitive intelligence initiatives that help to grow deposits or identify new product development opportunities
This position can be located in either Bridgewater, NJ or Stamford, CT
  • Maintaining competitive deposits data, reviewing competitive analysis and coordinating deposits side of research studies.
  • Identifies and supports research and competitive intelligence initiatives that help to grow sales, increased penetration or identify new product development opportunities.
  • Complete competitive benchmarking for digital, mobile, advertising, etc.
  • Role is responsible for optimizing marketing strategies and interfacing with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, training, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
  • Ownership of the MRM process for marketing team to ensure timely approvals of marketing projects.
  • Manage cross-functional sign offs through MRM
  • Helps team formulate, overall customer loyalty and retention strategies of the division.
  • Provides marketing support around products and services designed to meet growth initiatives.
  • Follows company policy and overall marketing strategies, recommends changes in marketing plans and policy. Focused primarily on execution of daily deliverables.
  • Creation of deposit marketing libraries (campaigns/results, collateral, CTC documentation, sub-brand guidelines)
  • Assist with mobile/digital implementations. Conduct UAT testing, training)
  • Project Management support of workout sessions (Cedars, Deposits Statement, CTC gap, Loyalty, e & M)
  • Support digitization of inherited MLB marketing processes
  • Creating and maintaining marketing communication calendars for acquisitions and customer loyalty programs.
  • Ownership of affinity marketing calendar activities coordinate affinity program activities
