P&G is recruiting for the role of Supply Network Operations Manager. Procter & Gamble has been recognized as leading the way in the development and usage of best supply chain practices. As a member of the Customer Service Logistics team, your role in our well-coordinated logistic effort is vitally important.
In a Customer Service/Logistics manager role you will have the opportunity to own processes that support the movement of materials, goods, and cash between Procter & Gamble facilities and/or those of our customers/suppliers. This role will also require you to be responsible for leading Total Supply Chain Improvement Projects that will reduce cost, improve service, and remove time fro the supply chain. You will also have the opportunity to develop strategies that will keep us leading the marketplace in logistics services by managing logistics information, customer orders, and the prompt delivery of finished products to our trade customers.

Qualifications
- BS or MS in Logistics/Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership
- Proven record of innovation and problem solving
- Experience in leading Supply Chain Improvements
- Strong technical and information technology skills
- Experience in Project Management and delivery of results
- Experience in working across a diverse work team and delivering solutions
Applicants must be willing to relocate throughout their career. Occasional travel within North America will also be required.
