Job Description
The Multi-Channel Digital Offers Project Manager is a technology professional who can organize and lead a cross-functional Digital Offers project initiative that requires partnering with global, regional and local market groups, including Marketing, Operations & Technology to achieve success.

The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate a strong ability to transform business-developed Digital Offers concepts into comprehensive functional business requirements that lead to successful technical development, testing and Market launch of a Digital Offers program.
Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of multi-channel retail technology strategies with a focus on a Digital Offers. 
  • Partner with functional stakeholders and third-party subject matter experts to identify and confirm Digital Offers business concepts 
  • Lead a diverse cross-functional team to translate Digital Offers business concepts into functional requirements that can be used in the technical design and development of a Digital Offers program for McDonald's restaurants
  • Generate, maintain and manage a cross-functional project plan that includes project phases and key milestones to accomplish the successful development, testing and Market launch of the Digital Offers program.   
  • Coordinate and manage Digital Offers efforts across multiple IT stakeholders to optimize IT engineering.
  • Lead the cross-funtional team to analyze and devleop a Digital Offers program business case
Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive IT experience
  • Minimum 8 years Technology-related project management and business analysis experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
  • Experience leading and directing cross-functional teams to plan, develop and launch software programs that meet business needs identified by Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience and approved by Sr. Leadership Stakeholders.   
  • Experience with consumer facing web and mobile commerce solutions
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of emerging consumer and technology trends
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • MBA preferred
