Our Information Technology organization leads in Business and Technology Integration throughout P&G, around the world. Our IT roles are business focused to generate the best value from new and existing business models and technology. By providing consulting to all divisions of the Company, our goal is to know "what's out there" so that we can improve "what we do inside P&G".
 
Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management and Communication Skills are important to a successful career with Information Technology. Internship assignments are designed as real-world, real-contribution experiences. Each intern is provided with the technical, business, and organizational training necessary to accomplish this objective. Every effort is made to design a project that can be brought from the initial stages to closure within the time frame of the assignment. Internships do occur over the summer months in 10-12 week sessions. Internships can start as early as mid-May and go as late as mid-September.

Qualifications

 
We are looking for students pursuing a BS or MS in Business/Management Information Systems and/or Computer Science/Engineering, Programming/Software Development. We also consider MBA students with a Quantitative emphasis or IT-related undergraduate degree, as well as students with a Quantitative or Engineering emphasis who are interested in an IT career.
      
At P&G our Internship Program is our largest source for full time hires. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment, with a predicted ending point.  No full-time employment commitments are made; however, depending on satisfactory completion of certain criteria, candidates may be considered for full-time positions upon graduation. Former interns receive an outstanding compensation and benefits package upon returning to P&G full time.
