The Programmer Analyst’s role is to define, design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and current software applications in support of business requirements. This role is also responsible for conducting requirements gathering meetings technical teams and producing technical and business documentation in support of software solutions developed
  • Participate in the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of information technology solutions for business processes.
  • Collaborates with US, near-shore, and off-shore based team members to deliver software solutions.
  • Define detailed functional and technical specifications required to satisfy business requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical documentation
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field (or High school diploma/GED and 4 years equivalent working experience)
  • 2+ years of Cognos BI (ver 8 or 10) report development experience – Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Business Workspace
  • 1+ years of Cognos TM1 experience
  • 1+ years of web development experience
  • 1+years in application design and implementation
    Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.

  • Financial services software development experience
  • Worked in an Agile software development environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with ASP.net, VB.net, .net framework 2.0 to 4.0
  • Experience with IIS 6 & 7 configuration settings.
  • Experience with Java Scripting language, HTML & XML,
  • Experience in developing Web Services (WCF Plus)
  • Experience with Oracle 11g.
  • Possesses problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience leading a technical team
  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • Cognos course work and certifications a plus
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
