Job Title Accounts Payable Processor

McDonald’s is looking to add an Accounts Payable Processor to our team.  This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing with an average monthly volume of approximately 1100 invoices, as well as other related duties.  The individual in this role will communicate with restaurant staff, regional staff, and suppliers to obtain and verify accounts payable information.
· Opening, sorting, and prepping mail for scanning and determining the validity of invoices
· Determining proper account codes and keypunching of supplier invoices timely and accurately
· Auditing of invoices to ensure accuracy of keypunching and making the necessary corrections
· Researching supplier statements to ensure all open items are paid


  •    Other duties as assigned
· Previous Accounts Payable or related experience preferred
· Excellent 10-key & typing skill with a high level of accuracy 
· Accounting or bookkeeping courses are a plus
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking, deadline driven environment
· Excellent follow-up and communication skills
· Customer focused
· Work effectively in a team based environment
· Working knowledge of various computer programs including Excel, Word and Outlook

  •    High school diploma or GED required

This role is focused on multiple areas of information security that include all facets of key areas like vulnerability scanning, health check, Patch advisory management, A/V, continued business need and employee access validations as well as daily security administrative tasks. This position is also responsible for ensuring IBM ITCS104 security and compliance requirements are implemented, processes and procedures deployed, education and awareness provided to delivery and support teams, and security posture and compliance tracked and reported to management. Establish steady-state processes to ensure security compliance requirements for Commercial SaaS infrastructures are met. Supports and participates on Security Incident Handling Process (SIHP). Establishes and leads cross team security focals to ensure security and compliance is understand and executed across disciplines such as OS, network, database, middleware, etc. This position requires good communication skills and user awareness on security guidance along with supporting pre/post-implementation risk evaluation recommended improvement areas.
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Software Security
  • Certified in CISSP
  • Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology
  • At least 5 years experience in Software Security
