Description:
The
primary responsibilities of a Recruiter are candidate sourcing and
screening to facilitate the placement of qualified candidates.
Recruiters assist in the development of and implementation of recruiting
strategies and processes along with completing special projects as
needed. Recruiters are the first person to talk to the candidate when
they come over as a new lead, as well as the person who handles the
placement details and some administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and source candidates for current job openings
- Call new, warm leads on a daily basis
- Make 40-80 outbound calls on a daily basis
- Match candidates on open orders and sell open orders to candidates
- Screen candidate according to company and job requirements
- Provide explanation of job roles and responsibilities to candidate
- Build candidate profile, qualifications, skills and experience
- Use social media, job boards, and Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates
- Present a minimum number of candidates to client
- Maintain data in applicant tracking system
- Dedication to work 45-50 hours a week and stay late to reach candidates
- Utilize database to find and match candidates to the applicable open positions posted by current clients
- Build and manage pipeline at all times
- Recruitment or sales
- Phone exposure (customer service, sales, etc.)
- Account Management, inside sales, outside sales
- Selling or closing deals through consultative selling techniques
- Track record of career success and/or longevity in other jobs
