Job Location: Southboro, MA
Responsible for driving sustainable, long-term business change by working closely with cross-functional business leaders to align processes, technology and resources with the strategic direction and growth drivers for the company. Identifies critical change opportunities within Business Units and leads large cross-functional, improvement efforts including business case development, requirement definition, business readiness, change management and ROI measurement.
- Create and manage end-to-end Process Models for key functional and cross-functional processes.
- Partner with business leaders to stay abreast of strategic imperatives and planned business model evolution.
- Identify critical change opportunities using best practice consulting tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, consulting frameworks, etc.).
- Develop business cases and detailed business requirements for prioritized projects including high-level process analysis, identification of key gaps, approach options, estimates and projected ROI.
- Accountable for overall program management partnering with the delivery group.
- Manage and execute business readiness, training, communications, change management and business sign-off.
- Measure ongoing KPIs, adoption metrics, and Return on Investment; identify root cause in cases where projected business case benefits are not achieved.
- Participate in industry discussions and events to learn and share understandings and best practices.
