Job Summary

The Apple Global HR Technology Team is looking for a senior Operational Readiness/Change Management Project Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) team. As part of the Global HR Technology team, the primary efforts will include organizational readiness, communications, and training.

Description

ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS Conduct audience analyses to determine change (system, process, training, and/or behavior) impacts. Create and implement stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and transition management plans Engage functional and cross-functional stakeholder teams throughout the program/project lifecycle. Provide concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks and recommended actions to be taken. Participate in post-implementation support planning. Create post-implementation adoption support plans and conduct adoption assessments. COMMUNICATIONS Establish communications on projects. Create and evolve communications templates for HR Technology. Establish project communications plan. Draft and deliver project communications. Manage project communications forums. TRAINING Create and maintain a foundational training program for existing HR systems to be delivered to a global population. Develop and roll out training plans and content for large programs and business groups such as Global HR HelpLine, Retail, Production Support. Partner with third-party vendors to drive program deliverables. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience in partnering with a variety of business groups to support large system implementations, business process re-engineering projects, and other large-scale change initiatives. Excellent program and project management skills. Ability to adjust communication and presentation styles to a variety of audiences Demonstrates successful leadership/influencing skills at all levels. Ability to work with constant ambiguity and flexibility to change course based on business needs and environmental conditions. A high level of independence as supported by strong skills including problem solving, process evaluation/ development and team dynamics. Strong customer service focus, ability to interact with team members at all levels of the company; experience working on global teams. Proven organization adoption and change management knowledge and experience Strong conflict management and facilitation skills. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree 8+ years related industry experience in process development, program and/or project management, including stakeholder analysis, needs assessment, training development, business readiness and project planning.
