Marketing
In this role, you will be a member of the Tropicana Brand Team within the Global Nutrition Group, and will develop and lead execution of 2014 Tropicana brand plans, including brand strategy, media, advertising & visual identity and innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with and influence cross-functional team to deliver 2014 brand plans.
- Communicate with, engage, gain input, and actively influence key Tropicana stakeholders, cross-functional leadership and the Senior Leadership team.
- Support cross-functional teams across all stages in ideating, chartering, developing, and launching new innovation for Tropicana.
- Analyze business and consumer trends, identify key issues facing the business and help execute innovative marketing and general management plans.
- Create high-impact promotions, advertising, packaging, sales materials and internal assets to communicate the brand's identity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies - including advertising, packaging, trade and consumer promotions.
- Work with the team to manage projects to help deliver against these objectives, including budget and timeline management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
- A minimum of 5 years prior Marketing experience (if undergrad degree only) OR 2 years of prior Marketing experience (if Advanced Degree)
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with a concentration in Marketing
- Prior experience working closely with agencies to create world class work and understand the development and execution of integrated marketing programs (e.g. packaging/ design development, consumer and customer promotions etc.).
- Prior global experience or a solid understanding of markets outside North America
- Ability to work and thrive in ambiguous, less-structured environments (able to "jump in" and contribute even when facts are not yet 100% clear)
- Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
