The Manager, HR Shared Services for North America's primary responsibilities include management of the roles, processes and activities of HR Shared Services team to support the Company’s HR initiatives, employees and HR Business Partner community.

Will manage the relationship with key stakeholders, business partners to provide support for essential HR systems and processes.
Develop and monitor activities of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency and accuracy of information, data and HR system reporting and responses.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key HR processes, including workflows, process and procedure documentation, which enable a collaborative relationship with employees, HR Business Partners, and Knowledge Centers.
Forecast activity, plan work and ensure resources are available to meet established SLAs.
Ensure preparation and compliance for internal, external, Sarbanes Oxley and related audits.
May manage/schedule of training/communication for the HR community on related topics, such as services and updates.
Respond to questions and concerns escalated and addresses accordingly.
Measure effectiveness of products and services provided by Shared Services to meet the needs of internal and external customers, in order to achieve long term customer satisfaction using KPIs.
Track functional metrics, communicates results; provides and posts trends.
Provide leadership by fully implementing all principles of performance management within the team, including regular coaching, training and providing feedback via team meetings and 1x1 discussions.
Assume overall responsibility for communication and engagement when transitioning new services and customers; including providing information about Shared Services to customers during the transition.
Work collaboratively with global team that handles Tier 1 activities.
Oversee ongoing continuous improvement activities for overall team.

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related; or equivalent education/experience.
5+ years HR management experience in business environment; 3+ years supervisory experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors.
Ability to manage global, multi-functional team and develop knowledgeable staff.
A solid understanding of Company HR policies and procedures; including regulatory compliance requirements.
HR Business Partner experience or solid experience with HR programs and initiatives.
Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
