Description
Responsible for managing multiple software development projects utilizing Agile methodology and development tools.
-Identifies project staffing needs, coordinates resources and task assignments. Ensures compliance with development methodology.
-Works with business and technology and vendor partners to manage project scope, workplans, timeline and budget.
-Tracks project progress, communicates status information and ensures effective issue resolution.
Qualifications
* Experience managing technology projects using Agile methodology and tools with knowledge of waterfall methods.
* Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, managing priorities and project financials.
* Requires the ability to successfully work on multiple projects concurrently.
* Demonstrated ability in:
* Driving results and delivering software applications;
* Effectively leading teams;
* Navigating a large organization and developing strong relationships across IT, business and vendor partners;
* Utilizing collaborative working practices and influencing without direct authority.
* Strong technology based background; personal excellence
* Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communications skills
Educational requirement: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science or business with technology emphasis.
Preferred Additional: Scrum Master Certification Experience with prepaid products/processes and American Express businesses is strongly desired.
