Primary Responsibility: driving business performance through
1) efficiency projects
2) development of effective and intelligent business tools/systems and
3) managing key measurements that clearly highlight areas for improvement.
The Business Operations Analyst is a creative technology professional with a firm understanding of the business. This team member will develop a multitude of varied intelligent and dynamic business reports through the use of data mining and organization techniques. These systems are not static charts but rather interactive tools that are utilized by all levels of management to make informed decisions.
The individual must be experienced in advanced tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, and SQL Server Reporting Studio. Individuals in this role will have a high level of creative freedom and are expected to approach problems in new and innovative ways. The Business Operations Analyst will often have the opportunity to demo software products or reporting solutions to upper management and must be capable of designing and presenting informative and interesting content.

Qualifications
- Ability to program and code using as Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET, SQL Server Reporting Studio and other programming language.
- Experience in telecom or a services firm is desirable.
- Experience in a management consulting environment is desirable.
- Ability to provide leadership directly or indirectly to other colleagues
- Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008-10
- SQL Server Reporting Studio
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- ASP.NET or similar
- Thought leadership and commercial understanding as needed to identify short and long term business priorities
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and focus on key information
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Capability to work process, tools and methods cross the region
- Ability to provide indirect and informal leadership
- Analytical and Strategic analysis of cost
