What You'll Do/Need

No experience necessary! Our dynamic training team will provide you with upfront paid training to develop your skills as an Account Specialist, and you'll receive continual coaching along the way to ensure your success. Since the Account Specialist position is an inside sales role, you won't be expected to knock on doors or travel. We'll provide you with all of your leads, so you can spend your time selling instead of prospecting. And since we work with a wide variety of clients and accounts, your success won't be dependent on a single industry. Responsibilities Heavy volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, which include contacting clients, transferring clients to other parties, and persuading clients on products, goods and services The internal, proprietary software and technology of Rock Connections Participating in regular training on products and clients of Rock Connections Filtering leads on behalf of Rock Connections clients Maintaining a client-centered disposition Requirements Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency A passion to provide exceptional client service Computer and software literacy, and the ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technology Must be comfortable with receiving feedback and coaching

You'll earn an hourly base pay plus commission. Account Specialists generally earn about $35k within their first year on the job.
