HauteLook is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to “own” the recruiting process, ensuring an excellent experience from a candidate’s initial application to first day on the job. This position provides superior support to the Recruiting Team and applicants across all phases of interview and hiring process.  The Recruiting Coordinator will also be responsible for providing sourcing support, full cycle non-exempt recruiting, reporting on all vital Recruiting Metrics, and coordinating recruiting related programs, projects and events.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage internal and external job postings, assist with screening resumes, and actively source hiring websites for appropriate candidates (i.e. Taleo, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, client websites, etc.)
  • Review all incoming resumes on assigned roles and route them appropriately, connecting with appropriate applicants
  • Track recruiting activities, providing candidate status and developing, compiling and updating weekly and ad hoc recruiting reports.
  • Provide quick, accurate and effective administrative support to facilitate all client and candidate interaction (phone and in-person interviews), as well as coordinate and schedule post-interview debrief meetings. 
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, making the candidate feel comfortable and welcome whether on the phone or in person.
  • Leverage recruiting and HR systems to update and maintain candidate records.  Act as local “expert” on ATS, training other users and ensuring adherence to local policies and practice.
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding process through ATS, including running background checks, new hire setup and the completion of onboarding paperwork.
  • Market open positions through various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.   Research and identify new sites and means of advertising, appropriate to existing open positions.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with employees and managers and recruiting vendors
  • Identify improvements to local recruitment processes & policies, always with a focus on improving candidate experience and efficiency.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, such as social events, Meetups, on campus programs, internships, and job fairs.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
 

 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of HR or Recruiting experience required.
  • Customer-service mindset with an exceptional “can-do” and service-oriented attitude.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project, program, and event coordination preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a high-growth, high volume environment while staying organized and not missing a step on the details.  This individual must be able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing time efficiently.
  • Strong initiative.  Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Proven experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies
  • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required; experience with Taleo or another large scale ATS preferred.
  • Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed; knowledge of Boolean search preferred
  • Experience with employment immigration processes preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process; able to smile even in stressful situations and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Strong team player, collegial and collaborative
