Description
US Payment Options focuses on identifying opportunities to reach the unbanked, underbanked and unhappily banked segments with new prepaid, alternative banking and serve platform offerings in the United States. This unit pursues loyalty and payment options through new partnerships, retail and distribution channels. The team manages American Express’ U.S.-based platform partnerships, serve product, US GPR portfolio, including The American Express Prepaid Card, and single load prepaid cards, including The American Express Gift Card, Rebate Cards and B2B Prepaid Cards.
The Serve Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive digital acquisition and customer engagement for American Express Serve. As Part of the US Payment Options team, this Senior Analyst will deliver on aggressive acquisition goals for 2014 and beyond.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead updates for all web and mobile properties to support acquisition efforts
- Lead the marketing site release process for Serve.com, which includes release and resource management, coordinating release priorities with the business team and ensuring timely/ quality marketing releases
- Serve as key point of contact for Acquisition, Marketing and Product team members for product enhancements and campaigns
- Play critical role in site transition CMS and responsive design
- Lead reporting efforts for Serve.com
- Serve as Marketing liaison with Serve tech team
Qualifications
Seeking an extremely results-oriented candidate who has demonstrated sound leadership skills, innovative thinking and the ability to define winning online customer experiences.

- Significant experience with managing desktop and mobile sites
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a passion for creativity

- Polished communication skills
