The Capital Controllership Analyst role in General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC) Capital Management team is responsible for building out controllership of the Regulatory Capital Adequacy process including the Regulatory Capital calculations. The role will be responsible for data lineage, control for regulatory capital calculations and maintaining capital policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities	Additionally, this role may be involved with developing and delivering training on capital concepts to support functions and lines of business. The position provides multiple opportunities to communicate results to senior management. Strong collaboration with Finance and Risk functions at GECC HQ and Business Units provides a great opportunity to learn about all of GECC’s segments. Develop and support controllership of GECC’s regulatory capital adequacy processes Support the maintenance of GECC’s Capital Management Policy, describing the processes and practices used by the Company to set, measure, monitor, and manage the Company’s capital levels in a manner appropriate for its risk profile
Qualifications/Requirements	Basic Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree with 6+ years financial/risk analysis experience, or CAS Graduate (internal GE only) Proven analytical skills Experience training stakeholders across several functions or businesses Eligibility Qualifications: Must submit your application for employment through gecareers.com to be considered (Internals via COS) Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
