Advisory Manager - IT
Risk Transformation (ITRT) - Identity & Access Management (IAM)
(Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Jose, CA: Managing
projects, including developing project plans, defining project goals
and objectives, specifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, what
resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for
completion. Defining technical and business requirements for identity
and access management (IAM) solutions. Defining business processes and
policies related to controlling access to systems and applications.
Developing identity and access management strategies, architectures and
implementation plans. Implementing identity and access management
technology solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of
post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a
related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience
integrating identity and access management solutions into clients'
infrastructure and applications.
Must have experience with SOX regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management.
Must have experience in at least three of the following
areas: user provisioning; enterprise directory architecture and design;
role Based Access Control; entitlement review and certification;
entitlement management; single sign on; identity federation; or
privileged access management.
Must have experience developing one of the following relating to IAM: strategies, architectures, or implementation plans.
Must have experience implementing and integrating products in one
of the following: Oracle Identity Analytics; Sun Identity Manager; IBM
Tivoli Identity Manager; VAAU RBACx; Aveksa Compliance Manager; Securent
Entitlement Management Solution; Symark PowerBroker; PowerPassword; or
PowerKeeper.
Must be eligible to obtain CPA, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification within one year of hire.
Must be willing and able to travel. Travel is estimated at 60-80%.
