Further information about "working at Moody's" is available at our Careers Page at www.moodys.com Reporting to a Client Principal, you will be participating in various implementation projects by providing assistance to our clients for the installation and configuration of our software solutions. You will bring both a functional and technical expertise. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:   -   Conduct Gap Analysis and/or gather requirements for new functionalities -   Install/Upgrade or help installing/upgrading our software -   Assist our Clients to build interfaces to our data-warehouse (Data Mapping) -   Configure or help configuring our software to match the clients' needs -   Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT) -   Liaise with our Product Managers when necessary (product enhancement requests, defects, etc) -   Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet) -   Actively participate in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.) -   Ability to converse with Client IT associates and Moody's R&D to analyze and document issues and to convey corresponding solutions Desired Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in IT and/or Finance and 0-2 years of professional experience in software implementation projects (gained with either banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators). You will be required to show:   -  Basic understanding of finance instruments - bank or insurance -  Capability to participate in all phases of a software implementation project -  Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact business experts and IT -  Hands-on IT skills, in particular knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL -  Ability to investigate and problem solve technical issue  -  Bilingual in Spanish/or French is a plus - This position requires up to 75% travel to our clients' sites (Americas).
