The Global Consumer Marketing & Internet Office (GCMIO) is a world-class marketing and digital organization with a customer-centric approach that supports our marketing and digital efforts globally. The GCMIO partners with the entire Consumer business, around the world, including credit cards, retail banking, small and commercial business banking and real estate lending. Description
This position is primarily responsible for managing ongoing maintenance activities for a given Citi website workstream. Responsibilities
include the coordination of multiple key stake holders (including
Creative, Business Owners, Legal, Translation and Technology teams).
Key responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
- Maintains
knowledge of website structure and pages, ensuring that all pages are
up-to-date based on current marketing programs and needs of the Business
- Coordinates with internal teams (creative, translation, development, testing, etc.)
- Maintains
knowledge of Internet and legal compliance regulations and communicates
(and resolves when appropriate) potential issues to partners and
shareholders to avoid legal and customer impacts
- Mitigates legal/compliance risk to the business via record-retention procedures
- Enters monthly metrics/accomplishments for requests managed
- Works with Prod Support Lead and/or Prod Support Manager to discuss potential process improvement opportunities identified.
Qualifications
The
ideal candidate is a project manager with proven problem solving and
analytical skills. They demonstrate collaboration, communication and an
ability to work with cross-functional groups in an environment of
constant change, constantly driving for results.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years practical experience, equivalent type experience or education
· Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
· Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
· Exceptional project management skills with rigorous attention to detail
· Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Customer-centric attitude
- Experience in managing communications production, particularly website planning, management and production.
- High energy individual with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Knowledge of credit card and/or bank operations and logistics helpful
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment
