Investment Banking Associate - Energy - Houston, Texas
Associate - Energy Investment Banking - Houston, Texas
The client is a leading Tier 1 Boutique Bank , with senior management in the firm coming from some of the leading Bulge Bracket players within IB. They have a market leading US presence and the bank specialises in a wide range of industries and financial products for clients. They are now seeking to add associate level candidates to their energy investment banking team (oil and gas) to be based out of their Houston office and to provide corporate advisory to clients (M&A, capital raising).
Key Requirements for this position:
- ideal candidate will come from a leading bulge bracket bank or boutique and have previous investment banking / M&A / corporate finance advisory experience
- ideally you will have had significant transaction experience within the energy sector (oil and gas)
- you should have 3+ years experience and be associate level (1,2 or 3)
- strong relevant degree in finance and energy , with a good GPA (MBA is a bonus)
- good personal skills and technical execution skills
